Like Aiden O'Brien, Saeed is at the forefront of a new generation of high class trainers. Saeed trains for Godolpin, taking horses to Dubai for the winter before returning to Newmarket in the summer. He already has a string of major victories to his name and his duels with Aiden's horses should provide us with great excitement in the years to come. To date he has sent out horses to win the Derby, the Oaks, the 200 Guineas, the 1000 Guineas, St Ledger, King George VI, Eclipse Stakes, Breeders' Cup Turf and the Dubai World Cup. A number of these races he has completely dominated, for example winning the King George VI four years out of five.
